Well it finally happened. The snow started to fall last night and it was beautiful. Big, fluffy white flakes drifting down. The first snowfall is always special. You can feel the crisp tang in the air, stick your tongue out and catch the flakes as they drift towards the earth. You want to throw yourself full length on the ground and make snow angels. Or go get the tobaggan and hurl yourself down the nearest hill. Suddenly, I’m in a mood to decorate for Christmas.
Well I finally gave it a try, and made my first book trailer. It’s for the first book in the Shifting Priorities series. It really wasn’t all that hard – once I figured out where to get music from and how to pace the pictures and text. I’m really quite proud of it, although there are a few thngs I’ll change the next time. You can see it here:

I finished a number of projects this month (or last, I guess LOL) Mating Dance, the second book in the Shifting Priorities series will be released November 28th from Changeling Press. I also wrote a super short for their Snow Fire series – Cabin Fever. It should be out in the winter , probably February.
Right now I’m doing Nanowrimo – not sure I’ll be able to keep up on that but I’m going to try.
